    I really loved this phone, but I am a Nokia kind of girl. If I had not found the Nokia I wanted, I would have kept this phone. Never any problems with downloading music, as I just used my micro sd card and inserted directly to my computer and the rest was a piece of cake. This phone has great reception and clarity. The phone easily connected to my bluetooth.

    This is a great phone with many capabilities. Great service, lots of features to be desired, however, the main point of the phone is the MP3 player that I can't for the life of me figure out! Everytime I try to download purchased tracks with the extra purchase of the micro SD card, the USB cable and the Napster to go program subscription, there is always a different problem. And virtually no technical support to help.
    To sum it up, great phone, great camera, lots of other features, entirely too complicated to get music!
