I had an Instinct, hated to text on it. Samsung figured out what the Instinct lacked and put it on the Rogue. Kept the features I loved!

This phone is VERY user-friendly. Touch screen very nice. Screen clear. I've never been unhappy with a Samsung product.

I love the slide out keyboard, with numbers and letters...I really like the screen size. It has all the options that I need in a phone.

The only thing that I think is negitive about the phone is, the speaker isn't as loud as I would like, and it seems even slower taking pictures than most camera phones do.

Had the Voyager but decided to try something new. I love the features on the phone. Although, it is heavier than the voyager (and most phones I've had). The buttons on the keyboard take A LOT to get used to. If you have lrg fingers this is not for you. The speaker is not as loud as I would like but does have good quality.
Have had for two months now and only had one problem, it shut dwn on me and would not turn back on. The ppl @ Verizon stated that it needs to be shocked every so often by pulling the battery out.
Also, web pages and videos come in clear on this phone. Oh, the camera it may take long to take a picture but the quality is excellent (I have printed pics from the phone and they are great), it has a FLASH!

He never sent the phone I bid on I paid 225.00 the same day I won the bid, it was the only money I had to get my daughter that cell phone for Christmas she wanted so bad. I emailed him 5-6 times he never responded to any of my emails, I even sent him my phone number so he could call me, Nothing, I’m so sad that he ripped me off, I have 100% feedback and he did too so I just can’t understand why someone would do that to anyone. I will report him to eBay and file a Police report.

This phone is amazing. I love it. The touch works perfect and the keyboard makes it easy to text. Perfect phone for me. I love it!

I like this phone because is has a full keypad, with out being a replacement for my computer, but the buttons are hard to push especially the space bar. My main complaint... NO VIDEO!!! This is horrible!!! Even when you receive a text video it shows it in a picture slide show. The other problem is it is bad about powering off in your pocket...
Other than that is a good phone, the menu setup is different than every other phone I've had, and a little confusing. Mp3 player speaker are the clearest of any phone I have had. The Camera is good also, but the lense is reassessed on the back of the phone, just asking for sand to get stuck in it...
