Samsung SCH U740 Alias (Unlocked)

Lots of great features with this phone!

Pros:
**Has the Bluetooth Wireless!
**V Cast Music and Video!- love the fact that I can use my phone when I exercise in the morning and don't have to bring my iPod…and can still use my phone!
**3D Games - hubby loves this!
**Online - needed for my business...even if I didn't though its still a great feature for this phone!
**Easy Picture taking!...with the phone flipped in either direction…don’t even have to search for “take Picture” through the phone…there is a button to push and the camera starts immediately!
**Great for people who text quite a bit because when the phone it flipped to it's side, you can text like a crazy person on an actual key board! Love the I can send a picture along with a text message as well!
**Love the Camera-Camcorder - again easy to use and access.
**Comes in the black or champagne...I have the black my sister has the champagne...after 2 months, both of our phones look like new (no scuffs, scratches...etc.)
**Flip the phone to the side when someone is calling or when making a call and it goes to speaker phone method! Gota LOVE that!

Cons:
**Buttons are a bit small if you have large fingers or if you have a hard time seeing normal keys. This phone wouldn't work well for someone who makes calls without glasses...since the keys are not large and there are quite a few of them...but the numbers appear large enough on the screen that you can be sure you are typing in the right keys.
**I am left handed too and sometimes when I flip the phone open when someone is calling, it opens to the side and I wind up going on speaker phone, but when I open it with my right hand I don't have that problem...but really, it not a big deal and in fact, I love the ease of using the speaker phone., so really this is not a con, but just something I thought I would mention!

So why did I buy this phone? The features of course!

I went to Starbucks this weekend to get my regular Caramel Frappuccino. I dumped my ENTIRE drink head first into my purse. I freaked knowing my phone was inside my purse. I pulled over, grabbed for some tissue in the back seat and quickly pulled my phone out of the slushy coffee mess, whimpering as I didn't know if it would still work. Cleaned and dried it and called my husband hopping it would still work. It WORKS! It still works!

Needless to say, I cried on the drive home from Starbucks because everything else in my purse from money, checks, and a book of stamps where just a mess!! --Hey, but at least my phone was safe!
