Samsung SCH U420 (ALLTEL Wireless)

My wife also bought our new phones with only asking, Honey would you like a new phone to replace your old beat up one? and I of course answered "Sure". So when they came, I thought I was getting another phone like the one I had, only new, but was I surprised. After the initial shock of having to "learn" to operate this new, smaller phone with more whistles and bells than the law should allow, I settled in to figure out how to make and receive a call. That done, I loaded my most called numbers from my old phone and learned how to play with the camera and found out it has vidio games. How cool is this! My little wife is such a clever shopper and now I have neat new stuff to play with when I should be working. Hope the boss doesn't catch me. Excellent small phone with a lot of big features and I even got a leather case to carry it on my belt. Love it.

It was rated 3 stars. The front of the phone was cracked and you could not read the screen at all when you powered it on. I have returned the phone and am waiting for my money back.

I love the fact that its so small yet it works like a pro! There is nothing to dislike about this phone. Its sleek and modern and has a lot of functionality. The camera w/ flash is very decent for a phone. Long battery life!

I do NOT recomend this phone!!!!! The screnes on 3 out of the 4 phones i had broke VERY easy. I got this phone in October of 2006 & its september & ive had 4 and they have all sucked

PHONE DID NOT HAVE A CLEAR ESN OR READY FOR ACTIVATION AS DESCRIBED. NOW THE SELLER IS BEING RUDE AND COMPARING ME TO HER SUPPOSED THREE CHILDREN AND SAYING FOR ME TO REMOVE MY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND THEN SHE WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I WILL NOT REMOVE ANY OF MY FEEDBACK UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK IN FULL. I'M NOT A FOOL.

I RECIEVED THE PHONE AFTER MORE THAN 2 WEEKS AFTER PAYING FOR IT. IT CAME IN A HORRIBLE CONDITION. THE SCREEN WAS SUPER SCRATCHED UP.. TO THE POINT THAT YOU CAN BARELY SEE THE IMAGES.. NO BATTERY DOOR CAME WITH THIS ITEM.. IT WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY.. AND IF YOU LEAVE THEM NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THEY VOID YOUR WARRANTY... WHICH IS TOTAL AND PURE BULL.. AND I DID LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IN HOPES TO WARN ANYONE ELSE WANTING TO PURCHASE FROM THEM.. THEY EVEN SENT ME A LETTER ASKING ME TO REMOVE MY NEGATIVE COMMENT HA HA.. NOT...

I bought a phone from this guy on 10/01/08 and it was sent to the wrong address and i have been trying to contact him by phone and his mail box is full.. so i guess I'm not the only person who didn't get there phones or packages. Now it is 11/05/08 and still don't have my phone or my money back! all i can say is I'm not a person who is hard to please. But this is unreasonable. So if you want your phone or package to come to you.. don't order from this guy. If you want a slim, sexy, slide phone, then the Samsung SCH-U420 is the phone for you. I enjoy having this phone just as much as the next person, but somethings just irritate me.

This item was not anything as described. They indicated that it was used for only 1 month, in gently used conditioned with virtually no booboos or blemishes. The reality is, it was used for 6 months, they left texts on there and it showed texts from July to December. It was all banged up with a gauge on the back side of the phone. It was nothing liked described, my old phone was in better condition and I used it over 1 year. I am trying to get my money back but the seller will not return any of my emails. I am trying to work with the resolution center to get a refund. DO NOT purchase anything from this seller, they CAN NOT be TRUSTED!!!

I love that it is so tiny...it was for a replacement for my husband so he hates that its so tiny,lol. No problem whatsoever with it. Thanks!

like the phone, came in a timely manner. My cell is tanking and this seemed like it would be a good replacement for my LG phone that is taking a dive, I can keep rambling about this did I hit 100 yet?

I liked the phone at first, but after a couple of days this phone wouldn't stay charge and it keeps going off. It want hold no service now and I know its the phone because everybody else in my area phone is working find.

Good features, in mint condition for being used. All around good phone. I decided to buy this phone because it looked nice and had features I needed. My old phone broke and I was looking for a new one to replace it. I think this phone was a good choice.

I liked the phone but sometimes when I press the ok button to review my messages it doesn't work. Taking pictures is excellent for the phone.

I like the phone over all, but the battery door did not fit unless i pushed really hard, and when i get a call the ignore or silent button does not work. and it only stays charged for like an hour. THANKS A LOT! NOT!

The Samsung SCH U420 is a very sleek, compact phone and would be a great replacement. Too bad mine didn't work.. But overall it's still a good phone :)

The item came fast and exactly how described...its been almost two months and I havent had one problem with the phone.

The accessories alone were worth the purchase price. I needed a replacement alltel phone and didn't want to pay the stores high prices.so I checked on e-bay and found what I wanted.

Pretty good phone and a timely response. Was a bit more marred than I would have wanted, but it works OK.

I ordered two altell phones from this company and neither of them were usable. The stock photo was a picture of a new phone, what I recieved was 2 phones that were so deeply scratched, and 1 that would not even latch in the back. I have been so disappointed in this transaction that it has kept me awake trying to get my money back and never see or hear from this company again.This is the worst transaction I've ever encountered. I suggest anyone who orders from this company ask for a true photo and not a stock, it is a scam and what they put you through to get your money back is a joke.Bad service, it took me 3 days to get them to answer their phones so I could discuss this with them and they were not even concerned in the fact I was upset. Why should they, they had my money. Just beware because I can prove all I say.

I purchased this phone to use while Moto Q is being repaired. It was in good shape, but had to be sent back due to not powering up. Phone returned in just a few days. Works great and easy to use. A little harder to text, no qwerty board,

I love this phone because it is cool. It is a slider phone, which I love. I like being able to just slide the phone open when I want to answer it. It's also a fun thing to when you're bored! Mine also had good reception and great graphics. I wish it still worked but I spilled febreeze all over it and no phone can survive that, right?
