I purchased this phone and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive phone.

Good simple phone for all uses. Very basic and simple phone nothing too difficult to use and easy to set up.

Overall experiance was a positive one....liked that the phone was new also the price was reasonable.

This is a good phone. I bought it for internet and pic mail capabilities. I upgraded to a Motorola SLVR. It is still a good phone for anyone who needs a pic phone.

Small, not too small. Brand new. Verizon had no trouble at all activating it into our calling circle. Very nice phone, clear, has all bells and whistles, and most of all the price was outstanding. Verizons wanted over 100 dollars for a baseline phone, this one was half. If you son keeps washing his phone, 150 dollars a pop, this is your answer. We went through 3 razor phones! Even if you just buy to have as an extra, it is a great phone.

Phone works great! Easy activation process with just a simple call to Verizon Customer Service. Would work with the seller again anytime...

I emailed him after 31 days after the purchase date to give me a REFUND, and NEVER GOT ONE. Not only did I not recieve the item, I never recieved a refund as well.

I ordered a product from this seller and after two weeks I emailed him just asking when the I could expect it. It took 4 emails throughout the week and he said "It's packed up and I'm mailing it out now." So after three weeks went by and no response from him I started to think something wasn't quite right with this transaction. My payment went through the day after my purchase so it wasn't that. It was only after I threatened him with a negative comment did he respond quickly with "It's all packed up and I'm mailing it out this afternoon." So I gave him another week and didn't recieve it. Keeping track of time, this is at the weekend of the third week, one day form the fourth. So I waited and checked the tracking number for the 12th time (no exageration) since my purchase date and it said it was contacted and expecting shipment on August 6th and never recieved it. It's the 25th. I ordered something from Hong Kong and got it in two weeks. It has been 31 days past the purchase date and I've already filed a dispute and escalated it to a claim. I've tryed contacting him throughout the transaction to find a peaceful solution, avoiding the dispute and claim, but he hasn't bothered to contact me at all.

If you want a very dependable and basic prepaid cell phone at a low price, this is one of the best choices you could make. If you do not live in an urban area or you will need the phone outside of urban areas, Verizon has the most extensive coverage in most parts of the USA. If you never leave urban areas, I think Virgin Mobile offers competitive choices.

Phone was in great shape and price was excellent. Most Cricket offices and phone support were clueless on how to set up, but a Cricket corporate store was able to get it going. Works great and our daughter is very pleased. The effort is worth the phone quality and great price!

The Samsung SCH U340 is more of an average phone. In this day and age the phone is somewhat obsolete in its capabilities. To begin with, I purchased the phone in desperation because I had just lost my previous phone. I did not research the phone at all and expected to receive a phone of high quality. I was let down. This phone looks nice. It is sleek and comfortable, but it is very slow in opening applications and overall performance. The camera takes good pictures, but it will not zoom. I guess I was spoiled before with my Slider Remix...

Nice compact phone that gets the job done. Has better signal strength than other phones that I have used.

The Samsung SCH U340 phone is a good basic reliable phone. It is simple and easy to use, and has good reception. It is lightweight, and has a decent battery life. The camera is okay too. Just a good basic inexpensive phone.

I BOUGHT THIS PHONE BECAUSE I WASHED MY CHOCOLATE. THIS ONE IS TO BE A BACKUP FOR WHEN I GOOF UP WITH MY NEXT PHONE. IT DOES WHAT I WANTED IT TO DO- JUST THE BASICS-SPEAKER, VOICEMAIL, TEXT, AND CAMERA. IT MIGHT DO MORE, BUT I DON'T. SO I AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT.

I purchased this phone for my mother. I chose this one because it was inexpensive and it's features were very basic and easy to use. I like the size and the ease of use as well as the clear reception that it has. What I don't like is the poor battery life. It is terrrible. I am now looking to purchase an extended life battery so she can at least count on it to last for an entire day.

The phone was shipped the next day, I got it the day after in mint condition as was promised. She even sent an extra charger.
I would definitely do business with this seller again.

I decide to get this phone because I thought is was an upgrade from my currant phone. I was mistaken. I am going back to my other phone. My problems with the phone are, no bluetooth, the battery doesn't hold a charge, it dies very quickly, it takes awhile for it to response to commands, whether it is texting or just placing a call. I just don't have the patience to deal with this phone anymore.

I never received the phone nor did I get a reply back on my emails from the "seller"!I payed with paypal and I'm trying to get my money back!
