Nice compact phone that gets the job done. Has better signal strength than other phones that I have used.

The Samsung SCH U340 phone is a good basic reliable phone. It is simple and easy to use, and has good reception. It is lightweight, and has a decent battery life. The camera is okay too. Just a good basic inexpensive phone.

I BOUGHT THIS PHONE BECAUSE I WASHED MY CHOCOLATE. THIS ONE IS TO BE A BACKUP FOR WHEN I GOOF UP WITH MY NEXT PHONE. IT DOES WHAT I WANTED IT TO DO- JUST THE BASICS-SPEAKER, VOICEMAIL, TEXT, AND CAMERA. IT MIGHT DO MORE, BUT I DON'T. SO I AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT.

I purchased this phone for my mother. I chose this one because it was inexpensive and it's features were very basic and easy to use. I like the size and the ease of use as well as the clear reception that it has. What I don't like is the poor battery life. It is terrrible. I am now looking to purchase an extended life battery so she can at least count on it to last for an entire day.

The phone was shipped the next day, I got it the day after in mint condition as was promised. She even sent an extra charger.
I would definitely do business with this seller again.

I decide to get this phone because I thought is was an upgrade from my currant phone. I was mistaken. I am going back to my other phone. My problems with the phone are, no bluetooth, the battery doesn't hold a charge, it dies very quickly, it takes awhile for it to response to commands, whether it is texting or just placing a call. I just don't have the patience to deal with this phone anymore.

I never received the phone nor did I get a reply back on my emails from the "seller"!I payed with paypal and I'm trying to get my money back!

Phone still had an open account, rendering it unusable. It would have been nice to have known that prior. But in fairness, the seller immediately allowed me a promt return, my money back, and postage paid.

phone had fast shipping but the phone was a little beat up when i got it and died once. overall a good phone however.

I bought this cell phone to tide me over until my contract with Verizon would allow me to do an upgrade. My son's Chocolate cell phone was stolen at the gym. For a while he used an old phone that my husband had used before. It eventually wore totally out. So, I let him have my phone which was a Krazor ( or however you spell that) and a very good phone at that. I opted to buy this used phone on eBay for $50 rather than pay $99 for a new one at the electronics store. I realize this is probably an economy phone and I'm really glad that I didn't buy a new one. The battery doesn't last very long at all. The sound quality isn't all that great either. It seems to be in roam mode a lot here in town!I expected it to be a lot better phone than it was. It hasn't been a very good investment.I did receive it in a timely manner and it did come with some accessories. I wish it had come with a better battery.

The Samsung U340 phone is a great buy and a very practical phone to own and use. I originally wanted to find a replacement phone for my motorola phone (which I recommend for anyone with a motorola phone) and found this phone. i was little skeptical of losing some of the features that the phone carried, but it is very nice to have a phone that has a battery life longer then a few hours and sounds and works seamlessly. Functionally, the phone is great and has your most basic functions such as texting, world clock, camera, media gallery for photo effects, calculator, voice commands, and notepad. The only drawback is not having V-Cast or access to the internet for downloading games and ringtones. If your looking for a phone that is sleak, functional, and retains great battery life this one is for you!

I've owned this phone for about four months. I really love it. It is sleek, lightweight, and easy to operate. My only complaint would be there is no locking button on the keypad. You have to go in through the menu and enter a code and then you can only choose to lock it one time... rather than always locked between calls. Overall this is a great affordable phone.

the only problem that I see with this phone is when you "Flip it" Your finger is at the same spot as the camera lens.This over time will have a smudge effect on the lens. The design need to allow the finger to not slide upon the lens.

THE PHONE WAS A WONDERFUL PRICE, AND THE QUILITY AND SIZE WERE JUST PERFECT.
CANNOT BE MORE SATISFIED WITH THE PHONE AND A BRAND NEW CHARGER.

Great as a phone, holds battery well. Good reception, good looking, nice and small. The only problem I have with it is that it does not have the Get It Now feature. Other than that great product.

I bought this phone not realizing that i paid too much for it, It had fast shipping but the battery was not working right so I brought it too the verizon store and they told me it had a cheap battery and that it would cost $40 to buy a new one. I had bought the phone for $95 including shipping. I emailed the seller and he told me that i can goto some website and get one for $12, but I figured that would probbly be another cheap one and i needed the phone working ASAP. After i bought the battery I turned the phone on, (which took 45min. because there was something unusual about the phone) and now the phone gets REALLY bad reception!

I liked the idea that it didnt have all the extra items on it makes it easier to use for what I wanted it for

What I dislike about the product is it never stated it was a pre pay phone. Verizon did not rcognize the phone and would not activate.

Like this phone a lot.. perfect for if u just need a phone with calling and text and no internet to blow through your money or airtime!

The phone is just very basic, but gets good reception.I bought this one on Ebay,and it's actually a prepaid phone which is good for back up or if your like me and you change phones every other month this one is good to use while your waiting for you new one to get delivered.Overall it's a good basic phone good for making calls and maybe some good old fashioned texting(I'm really used to my (Blackberry Pearl keyboard).I give it a thumbs up.

This phone was a gift for my husband and it was great...it has no scratches works great and it was a great price. It was shipped quicley and he loves it. thank you so much

The only thing good about verizon is there phone sevice and signals.. Thats it I dont like the fact that the phones are weakk thats all........
