    This phone is probably nearing the end of its life cycle. It does not have a color screen and it does not have a camera like the majority of cell phones do these days however, I am one of the few people who did not want a camera phone or extras on my cell phone. I can honestly say that this phone has been slammed, dropped and mishandled more times than I care to remember and guess what? It still works. The reception is great (probably more because of the service I have which is verizon wireless) but anyhow, I have probably only dropped 3 calls in the 2 years I've had this phone. It does have some phantom moments when it won't call out and I have to turn the phone off and on again but that can be attributed to my poor handling of the phone. All in all, I would recommend this phone. If you are looking for an inexpensive phone without all the frills- this is it. One thing is for sure, the SCHA310 has made me a Samsung fan for life.

    Its an ok phone-i mean i first got in when i was in the 12th grade (which was almost 3 years ago) , and i am using this phone right now-and now im looking for a new cell phone. Its pretty durable-my phone looks fairly new. But now its acting like crap because this phone is about 3-4yrs old now. I would recommend it as a replacement phone, if you just want a cheap and simple phone-go for it.
