What I liked about this camcorder is that it is very compact. What I loved about this item is that it is very easy to use. The only thing I disliked about this item is that sometimes it would get really blurry and the instruction manual didn't tell me how to fix it. I bought this item because my husband and I are planning to have a family and I wanted to capture every moment including my pregnancy.

well the seller was great the camera was ok,i bought this camera to record myself at the motocross track and my wife did the recording.when we played it back at home it was not very clear and i thought it was because she wasnt holding it steady so i bought a tripod. we went back to the track and still the same problem. it works good when recording slow moving objects but sucks at recording anything that moves fast.i taped my lil brothers tee ball game and once agian same problem.when he ran i made sure to hold it steady but still a grainy picture!? its good when recording family outings but thats it.once agian the seller was great i got what was in the ad!but the camera is not as good as i thought.

I bought this DVD Camcorder as a gift for Fathers Day. We just had a baby recently, so we use it quite a bit. The camera is in good shape and came with extras such as recordable DVD's, a carrying case and extra usb cords. Its very light and compact so its never a hassle to bring with us when we go on trips. Its a very good buy for only 198.00!

Easy to work camcoder but it is picky on the name brand of dvds you can use in it. It take good pics also.

This is the second refurbished camera that i have purchased. The first was a Olympus digital still camera and it still works perfectly after 7+ years! The DVD camcorder listed here i have only used once but it performed as new.

I got this minidv camcorder cause I have always wanted one since they came out. I got the Samsung SC-DC173 refurbished. It works great and saved me over afew hundred and just as good as New one, plus was even given a free camera bag for my item. I have used my camcorder few times and happy with and it even takes decent photos in picture mode. Thanks for a great deal and helping me get camcorder I always wanted:)

love my camcorder, easy to carry alone,convenient to put away and the c.d's are easy to find, easy to share photos and videos.

This is a great camera for the price, the only down side is that you can't film in the dark, but for the price it is a great camera.
