T.V.: SAMSUNG LN-T4671F
Without getting into weird stats and specs that most people don't understand, let me just explain how great this T.V. is in laymans terms... THIS T.V. FREAKIN ROCKS! I have been in the market looking for an HDTV for about 4 months now (yes 4 MONTHS! I've seen em all! Trust me!) and I have to say as soon as I saw the Samsung LN-T4671F my girlfriend took out a napkin and wiped the drool from my chin. This T.V. is the clearest and most real looking T.V. I have ever seen! Next to the XBR4 (Sony's top of the line LCD HDTV) this T.V. BLEW IT OUT OF THE WATER, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! It's like looking through a window!

This tv would be the best LCD or tied with XBR but it's got a glare problem - too shiny! How could they make such an elementary mistake?? The guy in charge of finishing is currently strung up the lobby of samsung - getting a multiple pie facial for his stupid choosing of this hi gloss finish ...oh yeah, hi gloss looks real nice ....when the TV is turned OFF! and it works great when viewing in the dark showroom ...but you will reflect EVERY iota of ambient light in your living room - which is great if you want to count migrating birds while viewing the game... ps how do you say OOPS in korean? How do you get samsung to compensate you for the year of back pain from hoisting this paper weight IN and OUT of your living room?

I have been looking for a HD TV for a very long time and did extensive research before buying one. As this is my first one, I am now completely spoiled. The picture is absolutely amazing. Being that I never had a HD TV before, I didn't realize what a huge difference there was. Trust me, it is well worth the money to spend a little more to get a whole lot more. I would absolutely recommend this tv to anybody. I have had a number of friends who have a variety of different brands of HD TV's and they have all said this is the best one they have seen.

I chose this product based on quality and technology comparison with similar manufacturers. I chose the seller based on price and percentage of positive transactions. After commiting to purchase, the conformation E-mail left a few questions on delivery, etc. but these were negotiated and the final delivery and performance of the product has been very acceptable. Overall, a saved approximately 25% cost overall a local purchase. My state has decided to tax out of state internet purchases, therefore tax plus shipping may curtail most future eBay transactions.

Best TV picture I've ever seen - better then plasma

Looked at all the TVs on display at Best Buy, and this TV stood out amongst all the rest for clarity. Coupled with a Blu-Ray - it's an incredible experience to watch... Liked it so much I bought 2 of them.

The TV That Couldn't Be ShippedI won the bid on the Samsung 46" TV. I immediately paid for it via PayPal. After some time went by, I emailed the seller to find out the status on the shipment. After exchanging 22 emails, I finally gave up and agreed to sign the "Non Purchase Agreement" with eBay. The seller kept saying that I refused to give him a regular street address to ship to, although I gave him my shipping street address a dozen times. I asked for his shipper's name and number so I could contact them directly, but the seller wouldn't ever tell me who his shipper was. Finally, after 4 long and tension filled weeks, my money was returned. I assume the seller didn't want to part with the TV because he thought it was worth more than the actual bid??? Anyway, he got away with backing out on the whole deal. This episode has made me leery of EVER purchasing a big ticket item on eBay again. I have been receiving shipments at my street address for years and years. Why the seller would claim that "his shipper's couldn't ship the TV to me because they couldn't verify my shipping address" is still a mystery to me. I wonder how many other buyers have been treated this way by this seller??? I still don't have a big screen TV. The football Bowl games could have been a lot more fun to watch.

Samsung is making some wonderful products and this TV is one of them. The picture (in HD) is beautiful - I keep getting caught up in just enjoying the picture, disregarding the content going on. I can see some glare in bright light if I focus on that, but never notice it if I'm not specifically looking for it. It seems to be pretty durable as I've put it on the wall and taken it off several times to change wires. There are no missing pixels or lines or any faults at all on the screen. All in all, it is just a fine product. Got it at a great price on ebay, too!

As someone else said earlier, this TV rocks!! As far as the glare.. that happens on ALL TV's. Try turning the TV so it's screen is not facing the window.. now there's a bright idea!
