The item was good. Used could have been cleaned up a lil be for shipping but its works fine and thats all that matter. Shipping was awesome.

) I had an older version of this phone and liked it. The sound quit working on my older one and I wanted to replace it with the same phone - was fortunate to get a little newer version. My daughter is using the other one since she does everything silent anyway --- so it still works fine. I love the keys and it is pretty easy to figure out. Having the book helps too!!!

Samsung Bkackjack I 607The item is just what I needed.I find it very easy to use and to learn how to use.
The address book is easy to use and find contacts. I am on older person(77)and I find it nice to send text notes to my sons(4) and grand kids(6). I find it fun.I have only had the phone for 3 days and am very happy with it.
