Same Time, Next Year (DVD, 2004)

Never received it. No resolution, the client never returned my emails and ebay did not help with the problem.

The movie itself is great. I had seen it on TV and have been trying to purchase it every since. When one came up for auction on E-bay I just had to purchase it. I reviewed the seller's selling history (100% positive)and used their 'Buy it Now' option. After waiting two weeks for it to arrive and many e-mails to the seller the seller removed their membership and I never received the item. I had used PayPal for my purchase so I filed a claim with them but they told me there was nothing they could do so I'm just out. I'm a very disappointed customer.

this is one of my farvoit movies. i'm glad i was able to get it from e-bay. it took a little longer to get here that other movies i have order in the past.

I decided to buy Same Time, Next Year because I really enjoy the movie and it is difficult to find... would have liked to provide an excellent rating...

I saw this movie years agoand thought it was cute. Now that I've seen it agin I liked the acting and story content.

The message this movie sends is that even if you're married, having a little
"fling" once a year can add lots of fulfillment to one's life.

Nicely done with lots of thoughtful adult oriented humor, and some scenes that
are real tear-jerkers.

Many historical photos are shown depicting the passage of time in 4 or 5 year
increments.

Very simple, yet beautifully executed.

This is a great movie to watch, although it probably is more of a "chick flick". It demonstrates how you really can love more than one person at a time, although in different ways.

It's a very sweet movie about 2 soulmates that meet once a year. Mismatched in their marriages, they come togethe by accident, but find solice in each other. It's interesting to watch the characters progression through the 26 years of the affair (unfortunatly it' adultary). They go from innocent and naive to wise and relaxed.

I had seen the movie a few years back and wanted to see it again. I bought it because I thought I may want to watch it a few times. Which I did.

I love this movie. It's perfect for Valentines Day "Lonely Hearters" like me. A perfect balance of romance, humor and a geniune story that makes it a classic. Alan Alda and Ellen Burstyn have the perfect blend of funny with just of hint of serious sophistication to pull this story off. I can't imagine it being played by any other characters.

The movie has a cute and very heartwarming story. It will be enjoyed by everyone including those who hate classic love story. Me and my wife have watch this movie years ago but we don't have DVR yet at that time and it was showed on those random nights hours wherein you're unprepared to record it on the VCR. I recently browse Ebay and was glad to find it on DVD. Probably a must have in your movie collections.

This has been one of my all time favorites. It covers several decades that interwine with my life. I love it and wanted it on my shelf.

Terrific movie!

Great Movie, if you saw it when you were young see again with different eyes when you are older. This movie will stay with you after you have watched it.

I have looked for this movie for several years. I tried many of the movie rental stores, none had it for rent.
I tried E-Bay, and was happy to see, someone had it for sale. In fact there several copies for sale. Very good prices, too.

A really close friend advised me this impressing movie. I started the look after immediatelly but was unavailable in my country.
The product is excellent quality but the shipping takes too much time. About 3 weeks.

I saw this movie years ago, and have never forgotten it. It is a diffrent kind of love story. The closest other movie I could compare it to, is Bridges on Madison County. Watching these to people grow up through their relationship was heart warming. Love does come twice, but not always at the right time.

I have always enjoyed "Same Time Next Year" because it was just a beautiful movie about two people from different backrounds that enjoyed each other's company one a year for over 25 years even though they were married to other people.

It also relates to me the different periods of life they were in and also the political scene of the time... Simply a feel good movie.

Classic love story - wanted to be sure I have it to watch over and over. Story line and characters very rich. The setting of the movie is pretty and the clever use of the different time periods of the movie transcend all generations. The music is a classic.

I bought this DVD a few weeks ago and have watched it over and over and over again. It brings back some melancholy memories from when I was young, but in a good way! This movie, "Same Time, Next Year" is an absolute classic. It rates right up there at the top with "Gone With the Wind" and "Peyton Place" in fact, the next movie I will look for will be "Peyton Place" I was extremely impressed with the quality of the DVD. It was new, sealed, in good shape, the packaging was in good shape, as well and the sound was right on. I feel good about buying this movie through Ebay and will do so again. With the price of the DVD (and I chose the "Buy It Now" method...it gave me satisfaction knowing that I didn't have to wonder if I'd get it or not, I knew I was getting it and that is a good feeling. The feeling that you get that's better than that is the feeling when you see that your movie has arrived. What I find so great about this film I chose is the price on Ebay and the shipping...add those together and it's still cheaper than going to a Video Store and buying it off the rack. With the price of gas these days...it's worth the wait to receive it by mail. Last point about my movie...the warm and fuzzy feelings that this movie brought to me is worth a thousand words, it's priceless! I decided to try and find this movie, "Same Time, Next Year" on Ebay, because I'd tried to special order it in the local Video Store in my town (small rural area) and they told me it wasn't made anymore, so I'd been searching for this flick to show up for years and years. I'm so glad that I decided to try my luck with Ebay...I found it in seconds. I was so amazed at the quantities of this one film that I've been searching for ages for. In fact, I think I'm going to go watch it again right now~

A friend mentioned that he had seen the movie years ago and recommended that I see it, if I could find it. I found the movie very interesting and enjoyable. Since then I have recommended it to others with eBay as my source.

One of my favorite movies ever!!!! It is a must see for the romantic spirit in all of us. The scenery is gorgeous...the theme song is lovely...the actors are absolutely perfect for their roles. Don't miss seeing this one!

Same Time, Next Year is offers a little of tears and laughs, so you need some
popcorn and seat back a see Alan Alda and Ellen Burstyn. They give fabulous
performances.
