Samba Party Workout: Brazilian Rhythm Celebration (DVD, 2005)

A really great DVD! You'll learn dance moves that are spectacular for clubs or just for your own entertainment. I really find it ridiculous that the other reviewer dumps on the DVD because she received a defective one from a seller. That should be handled through feedback, not reviews. This really is a great DVD! It's well worth it.

I think this workout is a lot of fun and you'll definitely sweat. I find that it's more fun but a little easier than her first workout "brazilian dance workout." The Samba Party Workout will get you conditioned for the brazilian dance workout. The moves in this DVD are easy to learn. You'll suprise yourself at how you can move! You may have rhythm after all!

I would love to go to Brasil and try my moves out. I really felt like I was at a dance class and not working out in my family room. The steps were pretty easy to learn and you definately work up a sweat. I would recommend this dvd to beginners and intermediates. The only thing that I was not fond of was the long intro about Brasil and samba dancing. Other than that I loved it.
