Samba Party Workout: Brazilian Dance Moves (DVD, 2006)

I love these dvds because they are only 30 minutes long from start to finish. So I have NO EXCUSES!! I do them everynight that I can't go to dance class. I love that it helps practice my hip movements. I decided to buy it because I take Afro-brazilian class once a week but I need to practice between classess. Even though it is only 30 minutes I believe it is better than watching tv and munching out!!! I strongly disagree with the person that wrote the bad review. Infact, I have tried other Brazilian workout dvds and this is my favorite. I don't dread doing it, infact, I look forward to it. I first rented it online and then decide to buy it. I have been doing it since new year's eve!!! I think there are harder workouts but the reason this works for me is because no matter what, at the end of the day even if it is 10:00 pm I do not dread doing it. I LOVE IT!!!!! 1/2 hour a day when you would get no work out otherwise, really makes a difference!!!! Also if you want to burn off those extra calories before going to bed, this will help!!!
