Saints & Angels Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue (2005, Paperback)

I love giving readings with this deck. I am so glad I decided to purchase this deck. Growing up in the Catholic Church, I was always grateful for the presence of the Saints. I love the concept of knowing that they are there to help and support us. Having Doreen Virtue create this deck has been particularly healing for me. I've had such a great experience so far with this deck. The artistry really pops out for me and I love feeling the connection to my Guardian Angel and the different saints she portrays, such as St. Nicholas (more commonly known as Santa Claus), Padre Pio, Mother Teresa and Jesus. I recommend this deck for those especially who want to create a positive relationship with the Saints, who may have had a rough time growing up a certain religion (like I did) and want to rewrite their relationships with their favorite Saints!

Hi, I'm Harold's friend, Deborah I was the one who actually purchased the cards. I enjoy reading alot and one of my favorite readers are Doreen Virtue. She wrote in her books about the Oracle cards and I knew I just had to have them. I love the picture designs and I do readings not only on myself but who ever asks me. One day My mother who is in the end stages of Alzheimer's and I were in my room watching TV, she seemed to be drawn to something and wouldn't stop looking until she found what she wanted. To my surprise they were the Oracle Cards. I had them in an Angel Bag that I carry with me. Anyone who knows anyone with Alzheimer's can tell you there speach is very limited at the end. She pulled out the cards and to my surprise WAS ACTUALLY READING EACH CARD OUT LOUD AND PERFECTLY. I thought it was a miracle. My mom used to love reading and doing crossword puzzles but quit when she could no longer focus and forgot how to read. Her speech is very limited to a couple of words "if that". My only wish was that I had a recorder so my other sisters could hear her. She repeated every word correctly on the cards. I started to cry I was so overwhelmed to hear Mom reading again, for awhile there I felt as if I had my "Mom back" with us. I believe strongly in Angels..I thought is was a Miracle that she pronounced each word on the card correctly and very clearly..I recommend these Oracle cards to anyone whom wishes to buy them to just go ahead and do so. Since then I also have bought the Fairies Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue. I would like to Thank Doreen Virtue for "Giving me that very special moment with my mother, that I will Cherish Forever in my heart" For if it weren't for her Cards I know my Mom would not have spoken and read. When I got the Saints & Angels Oracle Cards I didn't know what to expect. They were easy to figure out because of the descriptive booklet. Each of the Cards has an entire page describing the interpretation and relation for each one. The Saints and Angels Oracle Cards are an inspiring way to begin the day and a postitve source for accurate answers. I would recommend them for ammatures of card reading but a good product for anyone wanting to get in touch with their spirituality and/or guardian angels and saints whom protect each of us our entire lives.

I love these cards, they seem to be right on when doing a reading! Doreen Virtue is fantastic! I have her other angel cards and decided to buy these as well. I would recommend them to everyone!

Cards are made from nice stiff/thick card stock, yet very light. Nice colors and images on the cards. Cards are trimmed on edge with gold, which makes them look "classier" than most other tarot cards. Companion book with instructions, discriptions, and explanations, is easy to read and simple to understand.

I looked over several different types of Tarot card sets, but this one set kept calling me back to look at it again and again. I am a very religious person and have a strong Catholic Faith up bringing. Over the last couple years I have felt a need to go back to my religious roots and become more faithful, more aware, more deviout in my walk. The Christian images ... God, Jesus, Mary, the saints, and angels and the idea that this set of tarot cards is to be used for good, to receive and/or give positive guidance is what attracted me.
