Movie Description
SAILOR MOON has become hugely popular in the US as a children's series in its edited form, although in its native Japan it is a far more sophisticated and mature series. This collection contains the unedited entire first season, and begins as a girl named Serena meets a magical cat who gives her super powers. Serena, in turn, recruits the Sailor Warriors, a group of junior high school girls who use their powers to fight evil.

    I Got this DVD for my daughter as she was a HUGE Sailor Moon fan back in the day. I asked her several times if this was the set she wanted and she assured me it was. Well when it came in she nearly died as the box didn't match to what she thought was offical and I had totally screwed up, after assuring her it was and asking her to take a look and give it a chance. About a week later she said she was wrong and it was fantastic and more of an adult & complete show than the Cartoon Network edited cut & paste show. A must buy for any Sailor Moon fan

    If you have seen the American version of Sailor moon on Cartoon Network or are just a fan of Sailor Moon, this IS the dvd set to aquire. It shows you scenes that are not in the american version including the complete final two episodes (in the US the episodes were combined into one). This series is a 5/5 worth the money!!.
