Sailor Moon S - Box Set (DVD, 2004, Thin Pack Packaging)

This is by far my favorite season of Sailor Moon because it introduces all the sailor scouts, including the outer Scouts, of which nothing is known until this season. This season brings out 4 new Scouts - Sailor Uranus, Neptune, Pluto & the ever elusive Sailor Saturn. The premise is for the Scouts to find the purity chalice which contains the purity force before the evil forces do, led by Mistress 9/the Sovereign of Silence. It is the typical theme of the 'force' augmenting the powers of whosoever wields it. It is first unclear whether Sailor Uranus & Neptune are on the side of the other Scouts; & all their adventures come about with the 2 seemingly separate sides fighting side-by-side albeit unintentionally together. Their ultimate goal however is to prevent the heart-snatchers from finding pure hearts that will lead to the purity chalice. I also really liked this season b/c of its unpredictable ending. Watch for yourself to find out who holds the purity chalice......

Great Product! A must have for all Sailor Moon fans (especially if you can find the official release).

I love this collection. For anyone that is looking to collect the box sets of Sailor Moon this is a must. Although is hard to find, if you get it you will enjoy it. The dvds have the same cover, although is simpler than the Sailor Moon Super S, is nice.

I like the compactness of the case, how it had a good art cover and the fact it contained all the episodes and features it stated exactly. It did everything it said it would do and I bought it also because it is VERY rare and VERY hard to find. I disliked the fact the cover differed from the picture but the seller told me that ahead of time so in that regard I am satisfied with it. I am very happy with this purchase.

I LOVE SAILOR MOON! This I think is my favorite season- Now, as much as I had enjoyed watching Sailor Moon on TV in middle school, the American version compared to the original Japanese is DREADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay, FIRST of all, there are more sailor scouts than just Sailor Moon and the American version did a great job in forgetting that by highlighting only her and not elaborating on the other sailor scouts past histories. The Japanese uncut box set includes crucial episodes that primarily feature the Outer Sailor Scouts- Pluto, Uranus, Neptune and FINALLY Sailor Saturn. Rini also makes a reappearance in this season as well. Tuxedo Mask seems to get more cheesy as the plot goes on, but all in good fun. Overall, this set is great for any anime fan- however you'll want to hear Luna's English accent :D

This is a great season of Sailor Moon. It has new Sailor Scouts and of course Rini! You have definitly got to see this!
