I personally had the above book and wanted to share it with different people that have problems choosing people that are hurtful or demanding. I highly recommend that book and also the seller.

THis is the best book you will ever find to help you develop safe relationships. It helps you identify unsafe people of the past and unsafe people you may encounter in the future.

I grew up with the popular Christian notion that the most "Christian" thing to do with relationships is to need people less and less OR serve other people without any regard to our own needs. After all, we should only need God, right? The authors, as always, bring a biblical perspective that challenges some "Christian" ideas we have about other people and relationships. It brought me a new perspective I desperately needed. More than that, it also gave me an increased responsibility with myself and how I manage my own relationships. I would recommend this book to anyone. It is a quick read that has a high impact. My family has been going through some very uncertain times, and this book has helped us stay together AND bring new health to our home. I am grateful to be blessed by this book!

I decided to buy this book on a recommendation from a friend. It was an excellent resource that I will recommend to others. It is very concise, thorough, and just enough repetition that the concepts become ingrained in one's thinking. Very worthwhile reading.

This book is extremely enlightening, a real eye opener. If you are wondering why you feel unsafe in any relationship this is a must read!

I bought the book to send to a friend to try to help him discover what is unsafe in him (which we all have some unsafe traits) and what he can do about it. We are studying this book in our singles Bible study group to learn how to have safe relationships with others.

I like it in that it is straightfoward, to the point, but doesn't condemn at the same time, and that it gives examples with people in it (but not their real names).

I actually first found out about the book at a seminar given by a local church about having safe relationships, and the speaker used this particular book, so I told someone at my own church about it, then he began a group for singles and is currently using this book as a study.

I would recommend this book to everyone.

This book showed me why I attracted irresponsible people in my life and how I enabled them to keep up their lifestyle by taking on their responsibilites in order to "help" them. I now know how to deal with unsafe people and let them learn from their mistakes. Totally changed my life and I would recommend it or any other book that they wrote!
