Saeco Primea Cappuccino Ring Coffee Maker

I purchased a brand new Saeco Primea never opened in the box. I thought I was getting a deal at $2100.00 I was very excited for one touch drinks and a nice kitchen appliance. The manual of this machine is very extensive but my fiancé read threw all of it before starting up the machine. The first time we turned this machine on it gave us an error 1 message and to call for assistance, new out of the box!!! We have since returned to the company for repair under the warranty and had to pay for shipping each way and it still doesn’t work!!!! The customer service for the machine was very rude and no one wanted to help us. The machine is mostly plastic and not well built internally. The only plus to this waste of money is the fact that is does look nice, but I am still waiting for my first cup of espresso from this machine. I still use my FransisFransis espresso pump machine that is now over 7 years old and still works great, just don’t like its yellow color with our new kitchen. I suggest you not waste your money in this very pricey high end machine, that has NO performance. And it is huge too, takes up half of my large island. Very disappointed with this brand and model DO NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!
