I was given this album by a friend and found myself listening to it over and over again. you feel like you are listening to ancient sounds brought modern by slightly new-agey (I don't use that term in a negative way here) arrangements. I would listen to this over and over again while trying to solve complex computer programming problems and i enjoyed how the music kept me in touch with the natural world while working on something so artificial.

) I find this Cd to be very uplifting. Its wonderful for relaxation and meditation. The combination of the Native American flutes and drums often inspire spontaneous dancing.I highly recommend this CD.
