This Manual is an Introduction in kettlebell training in Tsatsouline style (Russian Kettlebell Challenge). It differs a little from the technique of competitive Girevoy sports. The book is helpful for beginners in kettlebell conditioning to avoid mistakes und learn the techniques properly. It's too much salestalk, self praise and advertising in the book, but the real information on the subject is serious and no nonsense.
I recommend this book for beginners to make their first steps.
