A Rush of Blood to the Head by Coldplay (CD, Aug-2002, Capitol/EMI Records)

This CD was for a Christmas gift and the seller stated that the item was brand new. It was far from it. The CD looked like it had never been in its case, it had many scratches and finger prints on it. I emailed the seller three times and he did not reply to me. Not until I contacted eBay and filed a complaint did the seller get back to me but then he tried to make me take back the negative feedback I left, accussing me of being a complainer, and telling me that the item WAS brand new when he got it. This is the first time I have had an experience like this since I have been with eBay (2004) and I was very disappointed. I will not buy from this person again, nor will I buy from a seller that has had negative feedback in the past (as this seller previously did from other buyers).
