Run for Your Life by James Patterson, Michael Ledwidge (2009, Hardcover)

I'm a Patterson fan. I particularly love his police stories, Women's Murder Club, Alex Cross and Michael Bennett. This book was another good one. Well worth reading!

I'm hooked on James Patterson and buy most all of his books...I wish more were made into movies, either tv or big screen.

Another great read by this author. You will want to keep turning the pages, this would be a good movie. The "bad guy" keeps you wondering what he is going to do next, he really is a bad one. Really scary at some points. Get this one!!

I always enjoyed reading James Patterson books. This book kept me intrested from the time I opened the book til the end. I passed the book to friends who also enjoyed the book.

Haven't finished reading this book at this time.As with the first two James Patterson books she finds it difficult to put it down.The way she enjoys reading his books I might not wait for her next birthday to purchase more.

I decided to buy this book as I enjoy reading any of james pattersons novel. The plots are terrific and very enjoyable reading. I'm trying to collect all of his novels, wheter it be Pb or HC. I've read many of his books more than once.

This is one of James Patterson's great thrillers. I couldn't put it down! The ending wasn't as suspenseful as the lead up but I still had a hard time putting it down until I had finished it.

I love this series so far. I have high hopes that it will be as successful as the Cross and Women's Murder Club series are. I have yet to read a Patterson book that I have disliked. I think anyone who enjoys a great mystery novel will be easily addicted to Patterson's work.

I bought the book because it is another one of James Patterson's novels. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. It is another one of his amazing books that I have already read. He is a fantastic writer and I learned about him from friends who had read some, if not, all of his books. I will continue to buy his books until I have read most, if not all of his books.

James Patterson captivates you again with Run For Your Life. This one, however, is a little far fetched with the main character traveling to a foreign land where he has absolutely no help and in reality would not have lasted a day. But, read it with that in mind and enjoy the escape. Patterson keeps you reading with his short chapters and before you know it, you're through. It's a thriller to be experienced.

I've been reading James Patterson books for years. I especially love the Alex Cross novels, but I had caught up on all those and had been waiting for another when I found his first novel with Detective Mike Bennett in it. I'm almost liking him as much as Alex Cross. I've since read both of the books featuring Detective Mike Bennett and am waiting for either another Alex Cross or Mike Bennett novel to come out.
I like the way that eventhough Alex Cross and Mike Bennett are these semi-tough, seen it all officials, they still have a very strong loving and emotional attachment to their families. They come across like real people in real situations.

Great Book! Fast read. Patterson is always great! New character is very interesting. I really liked it alot

Most of Patterson's books are very good. This one however, was just too wordy about all of Bennett's sick kids. If all the early chapter babble about vomitting was leading up to one of them upchucking on the perps expensive shoes towards the end of the book, it wasn't worth it. If they would have omitted all the none esential names of insignificant people and designer names, the story line would have consisted of maybe one-third of the total pages in the book. I think Patterson writes much better books when he writes alone.

After the events of "Step On A Crack" in which we were first introduced to Michael Bennett. He is still a devoted father of his 10 adopted children and mourning the loss of his wife Mauve. A new terror strikes at the heart of NYC in a fast paced situation of media portions. Patterson delves out a enemy of revenge and the NYC is the target. The rich had better watch out because wrong doing may put you on a list. Bennett heads the investigation trying to follow leads and the motive and also trying to get ahead of the killer in a novel full of suspense mayhem.
