This Is The One That Introduced Jackie To Mainstream

audiences worldwide!
Jackie spent years as the biggest star in Asia but couldn't crack the North American movie going audiences except for those into 'kung fu' movies.
Well in 1996 this RUMBLE IN THE BRONX movie became the first Hong Kong movie film to make it to the number one spot at the U.S. box office!
Why it made it so big was that the film introduced Jackie's style of martial arts with his unique brand of comedy!
To show the audience that this movie was real in filming, blooper scenes ran during the ending credits. The blooper scenes revealed the sometimes funny and sometimes dangerous blunders that were made during the filming.
I believe that this is what endeared Jackie to the American public and paved the way for his superstardom here!
Definitely a film for your Jackie Chan Library!! I have watched this one over and over and never tire of it!
