This is a great book. I really needed to lose weight or face serious weight consequences. I have found this any extremely easy diet to follow and after 17 days, I have lost 15 pound. I highly recommend using this book and diet.

Had idi the diet years ago and needed to reference the book again so purchasea copy of it. Since the book is 22 years old some newer breads aren't listed.

I Need This BookI have owned this book before and was successful in losing weight through its guidance. I need to lose weight again and I need a new copy. All those other diets out there don't compare to this one. It's all thought out for you.
