Roses Are Pink, Your Feet Really Stink by Diane Degroat (1997, Paperback, Reprint)

I loved its simple grammar-language and excellent illustrations which led to a fabulous learning or (better said) lesson in life. The seller's review attracted my attention to the message of the story. Because I believe in sharing with my grandchild that whatever we have to experience in life we can find the positive side to make us grow stronger and wiser I was sure that this book's story would be valuable in that line of thinking and one good way to share, too. And the story does just that.
