The Rose.... Bette Midler
) 
I am not a Bette Midler fan, but her acting in this movie blew me away, I had to have the soundtrack. It is not typical Midler numbers, they all come from the movie and let me tell you if you like rock and like powerful voices this is one of the best cd's to own. I love her rendition of When a Man loves a Woman and nothing beats Stay with me baby....this is a must have cd in my collection.
