Rosa Parks by Douglas Brinkely
This book was very interesting. I found it hard to put down. It details the life of Rosa Parks from birth to 2000 when she was still living. It gives insight into her everyday life and the struggles she faced. I found interesting her involvement and details with several of the Civil Rights leaders. Rosa Parks was an intelligent refined woman. I originally thought her life significantly changed with her role in The Civil Rights Movement. The book tells her trials and tribulations. I highly recommend this book!
