I travel once a year to Rome, and with this cook book I have a true authentic collection of every day recipes as served in Rome, my husbands home town. this collection of original and old Roman recipes, is food that I have been served by my in-laws and have eaten in small restaurents in Rome.
Easy to follow , with every day ingredients and true flavor.
If you love Italian food, then this book is a must have !

Perfect title because that is exactly what it is.
) Absolutely loved this cookbook, which as much a book on Rome. I loved how the author talked about the various restaurants where she enjoyed the recipes that she so carefully describes. The recipes are so authentic. They don't feel "americanized."
