Fabulous! Outstanding soft, smooth, relaxing and romantic all in one. It just does not get much better than this. Call me old fashioned if you like, but I like listening to music, not noise,turn back the clock, turn off the TV, unwind your stress level and let it take your mind off all worries. I never knew just how gifted Jackie Gleason was. We associate him with "The Honeymooners", but his music is truely his legacy he left behind. Don't think twice about purchasing this C.D, I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

) Jackie had a great feel for romantic music. His arrangements standout as the best in romantic music. The CD is worth the price to just get to hear Bobby Hackett play that coronet. Gleason got the best players of the day, and it shows in these songs. He had no real music education, but he knew what he wanted and got it out of the orchestra... GREAT!

While never an avid watcher of his television show, I found Jackie Gleason's music to be some of the most beautiful in the world! The music arrangements and choice of songs, is perfect for relaxing! His is comparable to Percy Faith or Mantovani, both in arrangement and in orchestration.
