
Excellent exercise for the spine and flexibility!!

I have to say this is the first tme I have ever done pilates. I only do the last part of this DVD a routine with "Petie". Some of the exercises are very difficult to impossible for me but I'm trying and I can tell a difference in building up my stamina and in becoming stronger and more flexible. Great exercise, for building a strong back and stomach , good posture and to prevent backaches, without the "bulk".
Good exercise without any impact and to still get your heartrate up for weight loss.
I haven't had to go to the chiropractor since I have started this exercise. I used to go once a week. This is excellent exercise for your spine!!!
