RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 (PC Games, 2002)

It seemed like something I wouldn't like too much, but I picked it up for soemthing different than what I'm used to. I ended up spending many hours on this game, and so did my friends. Very entertaining to build and maintain your own park. The graphics look good, but don't expect to be impressed. Sound works well for the environment. Good game for the whole family.

I used to have the game, lost it and wanted again but it was too over priced in stores. This was my first product I have ever bought with Ebay and I have nothing but good things to say about the product. The game was in great condition, practically brand new and for a very good price. It is a fun game for all ages and it's entertaining, creative. It's just simply awesome.

I am a fan of the original RCT and love all the scenarios oun it and its exoansions. When RCT2 came out, I saw it was not the best game in the world.

First I want to start with the ups :) The game has a whole bunch of new roller coaster that are fun to build. You get tons of more songs to put on your rides. The scenery has a lot of options to choose from and last they have roller coaster designer and scenario designer.

Now the downs. You get basically no parks (10-20)The theme is Six Flags, tehy could have been more creative and done like Disneyland or mabye not even have a theme. If your a beginner, they only have 3 beginner parks, not the best starting game in the world. Some of the themes are lame, the Six Flags scenery is signs and lame stuff.They cancled the most original roller coaster, the plain steel coaster and replaced it with the looping coaster.

This is an OK game, I would recamend to original version to all beginners and RCT fans. Thanks for reading my review. :)

This game is one of my all time favorites and I was upset to have to give it up when I was a teen. Just had to buy it again to re-live the crazy creative game. MUST-HAVE in your home, especially on them snowy or rainy days - makes the time fly by!

my entire family enjoys this game .my kids love creating their own amusement parks. It's interesting to be able to create and be imaginative in creating your own ideas of what an awesome theme park would be. Good Times! I prefer the older rollercoaster games as to the newer games because your more in control of what your seeing and what you can do. The 3-D games are more confusing and just annoying. But that's just my opinion.

I used to play this alot. I enjoyed the "mechanics" of it all. This game has so many expansions, it just makes for a greatly entertaining game and with the websites that you can add more to it, its amazing.

This is a really good game. We are really enjoying playing it for hours at a time. Good for family or the individual

Kids really like rollercoaster tycoon 3, so we got #2 to try. They were not as happy with it as they hoped.

Easy to get addicted to a game like RCT2. Limitations from the first RCT are essentially removed and if just designing coasters is your thing, you can do that. Plenty of challening scenerios keep this game fresh long after you've begun playing it. The RCT franchise has been a great series and this IMO is the best so far. Great for anyone of any age who likes thrills, simulations, and doesn't want to be bogged down with in-game financial decisions. Dollar for dollar, you simply cannot beat this game for value.

This is my sons absolute favorite game. He never gets tired playing it. He has been playing it since he was four. He can build his own rollercoasters and prefers to do this the most. He is a business man in the making. This game is very good for children because you have to multitask and think ahead. YOu use your brain for this one and thats what I like about it as a parent

i love everything about it i spend hour after hour just building the parks and when i am not on it my 14 year old daughter is playing

I also am a big fan of RCT and felt pretty jerked off that RCT2 was basically another (albeit lame) expansion pack.

However, if you don't have RCT I would suggest starting with RCT2 because it is still a great game and you woln't have to spend on RCT's origional expansions.

He plays it every day. He likes building these huge rollercoasters that are not likelike and seeing if he can make the coaster wreck in a ball of fire. He also sees if he can make them go really fast. It's a neat game. It so easy a 9-year-old can master it.

All the kids play it daily. Was well shipped and non damaged. Will be on the look out for more cool games.
