Roller Coaster Tycoon Deluxe (Jewel Case Edition) (PC Games, 2003)

I love roller coater tycoon. I love it so much that i stoped playing it for a while so that i really miss it and when i go back to playing it again, it feels new again. i have not played it in a month and i am going to start again tommorow. this game is for anybody who loves roller coasters and rides and anyone with a sense of what a good game is. i really, really recommend it!

This is my favorite out of all of them!!! You not only get the original version and the expansions, but you also get 200+ Roller Coaster tract designs made by other RCT fans like you. Fly through all the Original Version scenarios to unlock Mega Park!!! They test your skills by Beating the Corkscrew Follies and Loopy Landscapes as well. I have to say that the game is hard to be away from. You Play the first level and beat it then from then out you are glued to the screen. This version features all the upgrades you would get from the expansions plus the other track designs. If you are not have fun then try using some cheats or making guests do weird things. If you like RCT even just a tiny bit then you have to buy this game!!! It is the Best, I mean Best PC Game out there in this whole world!!! Thanks for viewing my guide!!!

This game is a true classic: A staple in the industry of gaming, if you will. It's the first in the legendary series of Roller Coaster Tycoon games. This deluxe edition comes with the original game and both expansions, meaning you have access to a total of 90 fun scenarios. Upon release, it blew almost every other Theme Park Manager out of the water, and still does to this day, only being surpassed perhaps by its sequels.
Roller Coaster Tycoon Deluxe provides countless hours of fun, and if you're an avid collector like me or you simply haven't played the first in this series, give it a shot.
This first game in the series has the best objective-based scenarios. Often the parks you are given to work with are enjoyable and fun, although some objectives are redundant or a little tedious.
The second game in the series has the best user-created content, and the third has a graphical overhaul and some fun, albeit easy, scenarios, and a sandbox mode. Make your choice based on that.

My complaints with RCT:Deluxe are as follows:
-The game didn't actually come in a jewel case; it came in two separate white paper sleeves (and yes, the box was unopened).
-Peeps (guests) have horrible path finding issues when you make double-wide paths.
-There is no scenario editor, as there is with the others in the series.

However, these issues are easily overlooked, and detract little from the overall experience.

Overall, this game is awesome. If you like strategy games, simulation games, or games that fall in between, or you're simply a gamer who doesn't yet own this game, I recommend it.

This is the third time I've bought this software. I have played RCT for at least 8 years now and I've actually broken the disc twice because I play it and then leave the disc out and break it accidentally. But I don't think that my computer is completed without it. It's an essential for anyone who loves theme parks and the thrill of possibly owning one.
I can't quit playing it !!!

Lots of puzzling ideas! Makes you think, that is for sure! Quickly makes you make decisions about what should be around the corner!
