I'm somewhat of a Yoga Beginner. I live in a rural area with little to no access to an actual instructor, and that limits me to magazines, books, and videos...of which I have several. This disk is definitely great, in that it provides a full segment on proper posturing, and great sessions with out a lot of touchy-feely in touch with your spirit mumbo jumbo. The music and instruction (both of which you can omit if you choose to) is calming, and conducive to relaxation.
I'll probably be seeing more of Rodney Yee in the days and months to come!

) What I like the most about this dvd is that there are two people doing the poses. One to do the pose and the other to discuss the finer details of the pose. Also, the most common mistakes are demonstrated and how to solve them. I love Rodney Yee, he is my favorite Yoga instructor. His enthusiasm and love for yoga is evident. I highly recomend this dvd whether you are a beginner or not. This would be great if you only do yoga at the studio, but want to start a home practice. This dvd is the next best thing to having your own personal teachers! My only complaint is that the dvd is not long enough. I would like to see more poses from the two!
