The Rocky Road to Romance by Janet Evanovich (2004, Paperback, Reprint)

This book was very entertaining. The characters were well developed and the author did a good job giving you insight into their lives.
In the story, Daisy decides that she wants to take over the morning traffic report, and her boss Steve reluctantly agrees. He gets to know Daisy and starts to like her more and more with each passing day. Other characters in the story are Daisy's brother and her elderly body guard. The story has mystery, love and comedy.

Great book if you want a humorous light read. Love Janet Evanovich and have read most of the Stephanie Plum series. Purchased this because I needed an easy read, it was just that. The plot is predictable but full of those funny moments that make you laugh out loud. Escape for an afternoon and read!

Janet Evanovich is fast becoming my favorite writer. She has an amazing sense of humor and always has great characters that you love to love.

Good book. Some parts were predictable but a good solid story. I found myself wanting to read more because I was involved in the story. Some parts were pretty far fetched but I enjoy that.

I love Janet Evanovich books. I got this one to complete a collection that Im trying to get. I cant wait to read it. She keeps my attention and I love her books.

This is easy reading. Personally, I prefer the 'plum' series, they are faster moving and have more to hold your interest but I purchased this because of the author. It's not bad, but not her best work either, ok for light reading though.

Rocky Road to Romance by Janet Evanovich is a fun and easy read. I loved it. Two months ago I came across the Stephanie Plum Series, read them all 1-13 and also the ones in-between. Now I’m onto Evanovich’s Romance Novels. I love them all so far. I love how people meet and fall in love; it's the way life should be. Daisy's little brother is a great kid, reminds me of my son, full of energy and good humor. Janet Evanovich knows how to make you laugh; you won't believe some of the ways she describes what's going on. You will enjoy any of her books. Have fun, and have a good laugh! You think your life is crazy, read about all the things Daisy has scheduled in her life. CRAZY! My life is crazy, why shouldn’t it be that way in a book. If you have not read Rocky Road to Romance yet, you should do it.

I was very pleased with my purchase. Highly recommend this author and series. I have read other series of her's also and they are just excellent. Full of mystery and laughs.

ANYTHING Janet Evanovich is awesome ! She is my favorite author i get so lost in her characters especially the plum series but i love her books in general.

This is another of Janet Evanovich's easy to read, yet witty stories which will make you laugh out loud.

i enjoy all the books by this author she is very wittie and makes me laugh some of the thing that happen to her caraters you know that maybe someone has looked into either you life or someone you know. i would recomend this book and this author to anyone and i have.
