This inspiring movie about an underdog boxer that gets the chance to fight with the heavy weight champion has inspire millions since the first realese on 1976, the blue ray technology has bring back this classic with a excellent picture and sound that really allows you to enjoy the movie.

Decided to buy it b/c I have a PS3 that plays Blu-Ray Discs. The picture quality of these discs is outstanding! I love it and dislike nothing. Thanks!

I LOVE THE STORY LINE INVOLVED IN THIS MOVIE, PLUS IT WAS WHAT KICKED OFF STALLONE'S CAREER HE WROTE THIS IN JUST A FEW DAYS AND PITCHED IT TO SOME PRODUCERS WHILE AUDITIONING FOR ANOTHER ROLE IN A DIFFERENT MOVIE. ALSO THE DOG BUTKIS WAS HIS DOG!!

) A classic movie that I could share with my family on blu ray. Action and it is fun to cheer for the underdog!! A wonderful love story woven in the story that takes a not so beautiful woman and transforms her through his eyes. But the best part is the Italian Stallion as he works hard to beat the odds from a downtrodden life to being a local hero!

My brother n law loves the rocky movies and recently bought his blue-ray disc player. So naturally, he wants all his faves on blue-ray. The movie came in right on time for me to wrap and put under the tree for our Christmas party. He loved it! Thank you so much.

It's a Classic!This movie is a classic. It was Movie of the Year the year my son was born, 1976. I still remember hearing folks talk about this movie. A classic line.... Adreanne!I bought the movie for my son's 30th b'day. Hard to believe it's been that long ago!
