Robocop: Collection (DVD, 2004, 3-Disc Set)

Robocop is by far the best movie ever. Robocop 2 was just as good. Robocop three wasn't as good but it still ruled. This boxed set is a nessisity. UNrated DVD rules. Awesome bonus features. Buy it or there will be trouble.

Its all 3 movies, I like them because they are films I had enjoyed decades ago. I became interested after I heard that they would be remade like Batman. I had always wished for the Robocop legacy to be remade.

i purchased the Robocop trilogy DVD. it was in excellent condition, with all it's original packaging. DVD's worked like new, with no scratches or skipping. very satisfied with product and very good pricing.

robocop is a cop story that you've never seen before. Great story line and action scenes that is incomparable.

The case itself is cool. I love how it opens.

The first two movies are my favorites, and everyone was telling me that the third one sucked. Guess what, they were correct. Being a huge Robocop fan, I forced myself to sit through the third film and give it a chance. After watching it, I wanted to kill myself. Robocop 3 is, without a doubt, the worst film ever in the history of time. If I had a time machine, I would go back and stop them from making this insult to the Robocop name. What a slap in the face to the original. That being said, I love Robocop and this is the box set for any Sci-Fi or horror comedy fan. A must have.

I like the commentary and deleted scenes from the first film. I never thought of Robocop as being representative of Jesus, and I found the director's comments on this rather interesting. The scene where Robo walks through (on) the water to save Lewis is supposed to be like Jesus walking on water. The whole concept behind Robocop as being this cyborg machine made from the near dead cop was kind of like Murphy being "resurrected".

Only drawback to buying this boxset is that it comes with Robocop 3. Oh well, nobody's perfect.

I like how robocop takes on the criminals for the good of the city no matter the cost to himself. But asks for a helping hand when he in in bad shape. He is always loyal to the badge even if he is out numbered. And he never forgets his family no matter how hard OCD tries to delete them from his memory.He never gives up even when he is battered and beaten up.He fights for the poor under privilaged people,Not the rich power hungry land grabbers even if he has to defy orders. He will always fight for what is RIGHT.I watch these DVD's over and over. Robo's kind of justice will never go out of style.I bought this collection because the Rental stores do not have it any more ,it is to old for them to stock.It is an old collection but in its time it was top notch and still is in my book.

Robocop is one of the best characters ever created. Is he man or machine? Is the soul of Murphy still in the robot? The villain is the corporations who control the world. Very clever look into the future. Should not be passed up by any fan of sci-fi or great films. As inspiring as "Bladerunner". Great cast & special effects with an equally great story. 4.5/5

No matter what anyone says, you love Robocop. You make fun of it, you make fun of people who say they like it, but the truth is, that when you get home, you lock the door, close the curtains, and pop it in the DVD player. The sooner you just come clean with yourself and others, the easier this will be for the all of us.

This Trilogy box set is a must. I did have Robocop 1 on DVD but was having a hard time tracking down the second and third installment. This set gets you all three and some nice bonus content as well.

Robocop 1 - The beginning of a legacy, this way over the top action/sci-fi thriller rocked fans everywhere. Definatly a trademark 80's movie to cherish for ages.

Robocop 2 - A great sequel, for those mecha fans this is the movie for you, the clash between Robocop and Robocop 2 is outstanding.

Robocop 3 - A movie so great the lead actor ran away screaming when offered the role!!! B rate at best but still great for you hard core fans out there!!!
