I have loved this movie from the moment it was released. In the true Mel Brooks fashion, it is a spoof movie on all the Robin Hood movies. I have had it on VHS since the moment it was released, but my VHS broke and I decided to look for it in DVD.

The best Robin Hood you will see. And finally it is out on DVD. We have looked for this movie on DVD for a long time. We were suprised and excited to finally see it in this form. This is a fantastic movie. It puts a modern twist, or spoof, on the Robin Hood story that is hilariously funny. You don't want to miss this one.

This movie is a Classic and should be on everyone's Christmas list as well as on their DVD self. A laugh out loud movie which will have you rolling in your seat but isn't slap stick or corny or absolutely disgusting. Not really fitted for parents who are uptight about what their children are "absorbing" but I let my children watch it and they both turned out great! A brilliant movie that all should see.

If you have never seen Mel Brooks Robin Hood Men in Tights, you have to go find it now and watch it! This has so many funny actors and non stop laughs. It takes the traditional Robin Hood and mixes it up a little...okay, a lot. But the story just about stays the same. Robin Hood loses everything and falls in love with Maid Marian. There are some really stupid jokes but they are still really funny. Mel Brooks pops in a couple scenes also! Must see movie here!

This movie is Mel Brooks's spoof of Robin Hood Prince of Thieves. With Cary Elwes as Robin Hood this movie will make you laugh for months. Accompanied by several men in tights Robin Hood follows the same basic story line of Prince of Thieves but with a twist. Included in the cast is Maid Marian with a chastity, a blind housekeeper, and a sidekick named Achoo. This movie is worth seeing over and over.

My daughter wanted the movie so I bought it for her as a gift. I watched a lot of it w/the kids and it seemed fine. It is a Mel Brooks' movie so there is a lot of silly humor. I wouldn't rec. it as a kids' movie, but my kids are 11 and 15. I didn't think it was inappropriate.

This movie is as funny as it gets and I just needed to have in my collection of Laughter movies when I feel a little down this will pick me right up.

funny movie i would definately recommend this movie. if you like comedies you should love this one. i haven't watched it in about 10 years and i have been looking for it everywhere. i finally found it and snatched it up.

"It's an Everlast." With that being said can anyone doubt that Mel Brooks is the king of comedy? He not only made fun of every Robin Hood movie that was ever made but he also made fun of his movies as well. Anyone who buys this movie will enjoy it everytime they watch it. In fact I encourage people to buy all of his movies and go see his Broadway shows. The man is unequaled when it comes to politically incorrect humor. I will also promote Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein, History of the World Part 1 and 2, and The Silent Movie. So go have a Mel Brooks movie feast, I will guarantee that your sides will hurt for hours on end!

THis Movie has been my favorite since I first watched it nealy 13 years ago! It is so funny with jokes and comentary about Robin Hood. I have reccomended it to a lot of people!

This movie is so very silly,sappy, absolutley ridiculous hilarity. A bit risque for it's time. Kept us laughing and laughing. I got the movie for my husband because he caught the tail end of it on t.v. and laughed so hard at just that. He wanted to view the whole thing.A great spoof on the traditional Robin Hood story.

I bought it for my fiance because he wanted it. The movie was funny and there was a lot of creative humor and less crude humor in it than most other movies.

Love the rewritten characters for a spoof on Robin Hood! It gets better each time I see it! You will love the start of the movie with Robin Hood helped out of prison by A-Sneeze the father of A-choo and the tow-wagon that took Robin Hood's childhood castle away because of repossession!

Another classic brought to life by Mel Brooks and his comedic satire. If you lik Mel Brooks movies then you should definitely at least see this movie if not own it. Hilarious movie.

I have loved this movie since I was a little kid, and now that I've gotten older and wiser, I understand more of the humor that I didn't get when I was little and I think it's even funnier now. I think It's the best Mel Brooks movie

The musical scenes are brief, innuendo. I saw it on Comedy Central years ago, and i loved it. It's miles better than space balls.
