The information provided by the author has been very educational and enjoyable. I have enjoyed it very much and strong recommend it to anyone interested in history or the Lee family. A friend received a copy of this book several years ago and after briefly reviewing it, realized I would like to have a copy on my book shelf. It's very interesting to read about housekeeping, recipes and family life of generations ago.
