Road House (DVD, 2006, Deluxe Edition)

In road house, Dalton travels from new york to become a bouncer where he teaches the others on what needs to take place. He drinks plenty of coffee and calls his friend Sam Elliott when he gets into trouble with the Town Owner Brad Wesley and his henchmen. Great Action.

while finding love with a female doctor and putting up with a
ruthless businessman. This is such a great film and one of
Patrick Swayze's best. I recently bought this deluxe edition
and so glad I did. It not only has nice picture and sound,
but great extras. I highly recommend picking this up and
God Bless Patrick, he was such a great man.

I purchased this to add to my Patrick Swayze Collection. I really enjoy him as an actor in this movie. I bought it at a really good price and it is the Deluxe Edition. Action from start to finish. "Rest In Peace" Patrick. If you like Action Movies, Excellent Fight Scenes, This is your Movie. Along with Sam Elliott, what more can you ask for? Ben Gazzara, Kelly Lynch. Jeff Healy.

Loved the movie & wanted the DVD to watch many times over. Received in excellent condition new as stated. I need one more favorite movie to complete my collection.

Great Movie! As all of his are! He most likely will not be with us much longer but his outstanding movies will live forever. Our prayers are with him!

What more can you say about explosions, kung-fu, Sam Elliot and seeing that pretty boy bad guy get stomped into the ground. Super...just super.

Overall, not a bad movie, not great by anymeans, but a good Saturday night brawl type flick. Gritty, expectable outcome and action, just a good "I don't want to think too much" movie.

Awesome movie- Patrick Swayze stars as Dalton, a Professional "Cooler" (Bouncer); specializing ; he's hired to in bringing order to a rowdy club called the "Double Duece;" a fictional club in Jasper, Mo. (note- there is an actual town of Jasper, Mo.)

The town is under the thumb of a despot; who extorts money from the locals, & covets the "Duece" as an aquisition. He also covets the Club Owner's niece, who's a local doctor, & Dalton's love interest. Actor Sam Elliot; co-stars as Dalton's best friend; who shows up to help.

I decided to buy it because I needed some more Swayze in my life. I love all the bar scenes and let's face it Sam Elliot pretty much can dignify any purchase.
