Riptide by Robert Palmer (CD, Apr-2005, Universal Special Products)

I was running my own DJ company in High School when this album came out. There is obviously the "Addicted to Love" song on here that is an MTV icon video from the 80's, but the song I bought this on CD for (replacing my cassette tape) is the Mega hit, mega sampled by rap artists, "I Didn't Mean To Turn You On." I played this song recently at one of my local bars (on the on-line jukebox they have now) and every hot looking chick between the ages of 25-45 jumped up and started to dance. Then a few of them started to ask around who played this tune. It made my night when I got to make-out with this hot girl in the bathroom, while her younger sister was blowing me. Ka-Cha!
