Synopsis
For a man known for his scathing insult comedy and devastating roasts, Don Rickles's autobiography is a surprisingly warm and sentimental look back at his long career. "Discovered" by Frank Sinatra in the 1950s, Rickles became a mainstay of late-night television, making more than 100 appearances on THE TONIGHT SHOW with Johnny Carson. Now in his 80s, Rickles still performs his stand-up comedy live.

    Donald Jay Rickles was born May 8, 1926 in New York

    Don Rickles' memoir;
    Tales involving Don's childhood, his early career as a comic in strip clubs and working his way up, the television shows; CPO Sharkey and The Don Rickles Show, his buddies Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Johnny Carson, and Bob Newhart, among others, and his voicing of Mr. Potato Head in Toy Story.
    No sex, no gossip.

    Honest and very funny.
