
Dated yet effective exercise routine
I was looking for an easy to learn, low impact exercise routine that would appropriate for someone over 50 - and this one was all of the above. It's a bit dated, and is only available on vhs, but the movements were easy to learn, and the length (approx 40 minutes) just right. I'd recommend it to someone of my age or older who's looking for an easy yet effective routine.
