I love Richard Simmons........ The DVD has great sing along songs and the moves are easy to get to know...I got them on the 3rd workout....Very energetic and is just the right length in time.... 45 minutes...

Richard's videos have wonderful music that gets your body movin' but at a do-able pace for those of us with a little too much weight or getting a little older. I had previously used Sweatin with the Oldies and found it to be fun and beneficial, so thought I would try this one too. So glad I did! Thanks, Richard!

I love Richard Simmons. This workout is in a mall and is pretty good. However, it doesn't compare to the aerobic concerts (Sweating to the Oldies #1-4 and the Tonin videos). It's a decent workout. You get out of it what you put in. I could do without the cheerleaders.

DisappointedI used Richards video a long time ago so I was excited to use this one and "get back in the game" of excercise, I was disappointed. Richard did not explain the steps before doing them like in his earlier videos. I would not recommed this one.

Party offI bought this dvd because I loved the sweatin to the oldies 2 dvd. The party off dvd requires more room and is a little harder to follow than sweatin 2. I feel you do get a better workout with party off, but I enjoy the sweatin 2 more.
