I love Richard Simmons and exercising with him. I got this tape after I lost out on a DVD of the same title. I like it better on tape. It seems to run better. There's even a little extra exercise piece after the major exercise is done. Very enjoyable and worth every penny I spent on it.

This exercise video is terrific. Dancing and music makes exercise fun! Richard Simmons has inspired me to learn latin dancing. One of his best.

I love this viedo; I can't work it into my week often enough. It is a great workout and the toning really works the muscles; it feels great. I would recomend this to anyone who loves dancing and like to workout at home alone or with a couple friends around.
