I love this video, you have to watch it about 2 times to remember all of the steps. This video is a excellent cardio work out, but for those who are not in shape take it slow, and build up your endurance. I'm in shape, but I work out with my friend who is overweight and we do this video everday. She lost a total of 15 pounds and 2 inches off her waist in 5 weeks. I love this video because it help me stay in shape. If you get tired do not push your self, just try it again until you can do the whole video. If you think this video is too hard try doing Richard Simmons- "Disco Sweat" it is a nice slow pace and the music is wonderful.
