This exercise is just what middle age people need. It's fast, fun, makes you swet. I need to exercise because I hate dieting, I found that I can keep my weight where I want to if I have a workout that is paced fast enough and has the right moves...this one does. It took about five times before I was able to memorize the dance steps but, it was worth it. You will love the music, the dance steps are fun, and it only take 30 minutes...I like it so well that I do it twice a day...it's that fun.
