This book isn't awful, but there are definitely better ones out there. I bought it purely because the title was intriguing. However, after reading it I definitely do not agree with a lot of the advice. The author is a doctor who offers step-by-step advice on how to lose a dress size in 10 days, plus just how to overall lose weight. Her plan for one of the days includes eating just a can of tuna for lunch... I don't know about you, but I'd still be hungry! Plus, after looking through the meal plans, carbs are never included. Granted, I didn't buy the book because I'm intersted in losing weight, but to me it seemed like another diet book that tells you carbs are bad.
