Rich Dad's Cashflow Quadrant by Robert T. Kiyosaki, Sharon L. Lechter (1999, Paperback)

I love pretty much anything written by Robert Kiyosaki, I have been a Real Estate investor/mentor for over 10 years and the biggest challenge for me is to get the people I mentor to start thinking about money differently than they have been trained by society to do.

This book covers cash flow and dealing with that to begin to effectively manage it and use it to create more cash flow.

If you have read Rich Dad Poor Dad then I highly recommend this book.
