As a successful real estate investor/entrepreneur of over 20 years I am always asked what book to start with I used to refer different books depending on what the person was looking to do. I have been a real estate investor & Mentor for 10 years now, and I have always wanted to express the reasons of my success vs others in the business. Before I found this book I never quite had the words to describe it, quite like Robert does so eloquently in this book. He hits the nail square on the head as to why that even though the playing field is level, some people feel like they are running up hill, and others seem like they are running downhill. The key to wealth is understanding what wealth is and then understand the rules that it works by. I have all my students that I mentor listen to this book before we even start mentoring. Drop poverty thinking is the basis of this book. This book reviews mentality of wealth in a story that is compelling. This is a quick read and is right on for every type of person at any stage of growth. If you are just starting out or are a person who has already become wealthy it is worth strolling through. The book is good- but the audio is even better because it is a concept given in a story form. I liked it because it helps us to think outside the box, everything we've come to learn about what an asset is is challenged. This book should have been read by all those people who ended up in forclosure. It is a must read for those who want to learn how to make their money work for them rather, than them working so hard for money. It is not easy, yet it is simple.
