Movie Description
Originally an ABC miniseries, Robert Ludlum's story of a secret diamond exchange in Argentina is a classic World War II thriller. When the allies realize they are in desperate need of a technology possessed by the Nazis, their underground spy network proposes a covert trade with the enemy. The man they've chosen for the job is unaware that his supervisors have a struck a deal with the devil, but when mysterious assassins begin to hunt him wherever he goes, he uncovers a network of players involved on all sides who want to put an end to the transaction. An all-star cast and over four hours of spies and double crosses make this a late-1970s espionage treat.
